Work

  • Led hotel opening from pre-opening planning and construction handoff through launch and operational stabilization, serving as a hands-on strategic partner throughout every stage.

  • Built and managed critical-path opening timelines, aligning priorities, milestones, and accountability across departments to ensure properties opened seamlessly, on time, and with intention.

  • Drove cross-functional collaboration across Development, Operations, Culinary, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and property leadership to align staffing, systems, programming, and launch readiness.

  • Developed opening playbooks, SOPs, operational standards, and best practices that established consistency while creating scalable frameworks for future properties.

  • Built the operational infrastructure required for opening, including communication systems, departmental workflows, technology, service standards, and property-wide processes.

  • Partnered with leadership on pre-opening hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development, cultivating teams that were fully prepared to deliver the brand experience from day one.

  • Established brand standards, service culture, guest experience strategies, VIP services, and amenity programming that translated the property's vision into a thoughtful and highly personalized guest journey.

  • Managed pre-opening operational needs including budgets, vendors, logistics, procurement, and cross-departmental resources while proactively identifying risks and developing solutions before they impacted opening.

  • Worked directly with General Manager and property leaders on the ground through launch, providing hands-on operational leadership, problem-solving, and real-time support during the critical opening period.

  • Conducted post-opening reviews and operational assessments to identify opportunities, strengthen systems, refine the guest experience, and continuously improve the approach to future hotel openings.
